From start to finish, what would be your ideal food day?
A gluten-free vegan breakfast of waffles, scones, jam and tea, or an organic green smoothie. Then, a large salad with all types of colorful fruits, vegetables, and avocado, or a veggie burger. For dinner, a perfectly cooked salmon with seasoned vegetablesand olives and pickles to nibble.
How do you practice beauty from the inside out?
I eat as healthily and organically as possible, because I can feel a difference when I eat any other way. I don’t eat meat often, and I try to stick to things that are holistically nourishing.
What are your morning and nightly beauty regimens?
I struggled with my skin my whole life until recently when I stopped using chemicals and started using drying castile soaps, tea tree oil soap (I get it from Tigre Mountain Soap company, a little soap company form Arkansas), and oil-controlling serum with witch Hazel (I use Bee Naturals).

Sadly, I can’t do coffee. It makes me a nervous wreck and makes my skin more prone to breakouts and large pores. I take Hairburst Vitamins for my hair; my hair has grown a lot since starting them.

Where do you go to pamper yourself?
I love going to Korean Day Spas where I can lay in Himalayan Salt Rooms or Clay Rooms and just sauna, sweat and relax. Also, my fiancé rubs my head and scalp every night and I swear it is has healing powers!
